Wrapping up their wedding weekend in Atlanta, I met the happily married couple at Piedmont Park. I know I’ve already mentioned this maybe once or twice before, but they are such an amazing couple and just had fun with the whole thing.
The “shoe shot” – everybody asks for one…

Megan and Adam were married last weekend at the newly renovated Macy’s building in downtown Atlanta. It was an amazing night. Here are a few of my favorites from the evening. Stay tuned for their “day after” session.
A very special thank you goes to Margaret Janicki for second shooting. Check out her work.

My favorite part of the evening – the groom got on stage and sang the Jason Marz song, “I’m yours.” There was not a dry eye in the place.

Megan and Adam, I hope you are enjoying your honeymoon down in Jamaica. Once again, thank you.

I don’t know if it’s because we are moving in 1 week, or maybe because Ethan is about to start kindergarten and the carefree days of sleeping in late and staying in our PJs are coming to an end, but when Ethan lost his 1st tooth today, I was an emotional wreck. Maybe it’s a combination of it all. While I look forward to all the new things awaiting us, I look back and smile at all the wonderful times and can’t help but feel a bit melancoly and bittersweet. Here he is giving me a huge smile with his missing tooth…I LOVE THAT BOY!!!!

Coming all the way from Baltimore for their wedding, this is one amazing couple. Megan, a 9th grade math teacher at an innercity school in Baltimore, and Adam finishing up his residence at the University of Maryland. If that doesn’t speak to how fabulous they are, then let me tell you more. During the rehearsal dinner and reception, I heard wonderful stories of these two, stories of courage, stories of survival, even stories of wanting to donate a kidney, to of course, the story of love.
Celebrating with 150 of their guests, they kicked off their wedding weekend with a fabulous rehearsal dinner at Bradfords on Bishop.
Part 1 of the wedding weekend. Stay tuned for the wedding.
