trash the dress | clearwater wedding photographer
I photographed her wedding back in September, but when she realized that we would both be in Florida at the same time she couldn’t resist the chance to trash her wedding dress. I, of course, was more than happy to oblige her request. We met down in Clearwater and gave the beach goers quiet a show…I don’t think most people understood what was going on…as a matter of fact, some of you might not realize yourself. Let me enlighten you…trashing the dress after the wedding is the new craze. It gives the bride a chance to just relax and make a “declaration that the wedding is done and the dress is never to be used again.” How fun is that?

Most of my business comes from word of mouth, but every once in a while someone will find me through the internet and that just so happened to be the case this time around a year ago. How sweet it was when Joey phoned me and asked to purchase a gift certificate for his then pregnant wife, yes I was a Christmas present – cool, huh? It’s hard to believe that little baby Mackenzie celebrated her first birthday last weekend. With her new found freedom, she didn’t stay in one place very long and was toddling around all over the house.
